Frequently Asked Questions The following are some frequently asked questions.   Q. Factory Direct (Do you have financial ownership in the factory or are you an agent or trading company?) A. We have financial ownership.   Q. Identify Core business "sweet spot" product (What product do you do better than anyone else?) A. Jeans and fashion jeans for men and women (long or short) and various fabrics such as denims, courdoroys, twills, stretch denim, casual pants and work cloth.   Q. Do you own your own product line or do you only manufacture "Private Label" goods? A. We only manufacture private labels.   Q. Do you sell Full Package /CMT/ Both? A. Both.   Q. Please describe the vertical scope of your company. Do you spin cotton, produce fabrics, cut and sew; or only part of that process? A. Part of that process, from cut, sew, wash and finishing. We also have the following processes in house: embroidery, screen printing, garment dyeing, and dry processes such as sandblast, hand sanding, grinding, and whiskers. We also have ozone and laser treatment.   Q. What are your normal lead times for Samples? For Bulk Production? A. 5-7 days for Samples. 3-8 weeks for Bulk Production depending on the complexity of the CMT Programs. 10-12 weeks for Full Package Programs (we normally add 4 additional weeks to get fabric and trims.
